We design and manufacture controls for mining and mine related products.  The most common product is a skid-mounted motor controller for use in underground coal mines.  This motor controller may control DC motors, or AC motors as across-the-line, reduced-voltage soft start, fluid couplings, variable frequency, or flux vector type controls.

We provide motor controllers that may be used as a stand-alone single motor controller to those that may be used with up to four motors at a head drive location.  Also, we can control another four motors used as a booster drive that allows horsepower to be introduced at various points along the conveyor reducing the size requirements for motors and other conveyor components.

Working with equipment manufacturers, we have designed and built products for Conveyor Controls, Hydraulic Take-Ups, and Electric Winches.  Other applications include Longwall Face Conveyors and Stageloaders, Mine Monitoring Systems, Rock Dusting Controls, Storage and Stacking, Train Loading and Unloading applications, as well as, Slurry Handling and Coal Preparation systems for mines across the United States and abroad.
